In March 2022 the recording began. The lads headed of to Grouse Lodge in Westmeath to record the first three songs – Girls in the Hats, Boys in the Gap, Absorb You and Dolphins. Niall O’Flanagan, a friend of the guys went along and took some photos and videos to document the three days.

Next, the guys moved on the the Clinic Recording Studio in Fairview where the remainder of the recording took places. Many long days and late nights were had there.
